The Colzaco association has existed since 2006 and its mission is to achieve the best possible return from rapeseed cultivation through regional cultivation, coordinate processing and sales. At the time, Colzaco indicated that as an association it actually had little influence on its sales market; the question arose whether she could go to the food market.

Our approach

The Foodatelier has written a business plan in collaboration with LTO Noord. Afterwards we have together with the Colzaco board members further fleshed out the business plan, up to its market introduction Brassica-mark in retail and food service.
