Growers want to know not only whether a crop is growing well, but also what value it ultimately yields. This requires greater insight into the chain: from cultivation to the final product. By taking control of this chain themselves, agro-entrepreneurs retain influence over the destination and value of their crops.
Through the Practice Network, we help agricultural entrepreneurs better understand how business models surrounding new crops emerge and function, from arable farming to market. We do this by organizing workshops while simultaneously developing a concrete practical case study. Always from the perspective of the agricultural entrepreneur.
