For Pré Pain we’ve developed a (retail) category plan, with a focus on small bread rolls & buns. Important sources we used: results from our own consumer research, store checks at various retailers, IRI data, trend and portfolio analyses. We’ve combined all these insights into a clear & practical vision, using our own (visual) method of developing product propositions.
