How do we bring the artisanal butcher to the freezer?
The products were already there… but how could these products be brought together in a premium hamburger concept for in the deep freeze? The result was ‘The Frozen Butcher’. This concept has been realized in collaboration with sister company DiDutch. From the first question, the work varied from an initial market scan to consumer surveys and the development of the concept, positioning and packaging. The concept The Frozen Butcher has been successfully introduced in retail and food service.
