How can we introduce real craftsmanship to the freezer?

Products were already there and the only – important – question was; how can we combine them in a premium frozen hamburger concept for retail and food service? “The Frozen Butcher” of course! In collaboration with our subsidiary company DiDutch we’ve developed the whole concept; from market scans until consumer research and concept and package development.
