Develop a B2B plan for the introduction of Beemster in food service
Based on interviews with key food professionals in the market, we came to the conclusion that Beemster cheese should naturally be available in the industry. We´ve developed an introduction plan, focussing on the industry and relevant ‘national accounts’. Together with the sales department of Beemster, we held several first introduction meetings with these parties. As result Beemster cheese made a disproportionate growth in food service in 2013 and 2014. We´re structurally working on new business and new concepts for Beemster cheese.
