Beemster Cheese in food service

Develop a business-to-business plan for the introduction of Beemster in the food service market

Based on interviews with key food professionals in the market, we came to the conclusion that Beemster cheese should naturally be available in the industry. Based on this, we have developed an introduction plan that was focused on the industry and the first ‘national accounts’. Together with the sales department of Beemster, we held several first introduction meetings with these parties, and made the start possible. And the result: Beemster cheese made a disproportionate growth in food service in 2013 and 2014. We are structurally working on new business and new concepts for Beemster cheese.
